Welcome back from our Summer Break, we hope you have had a lovely Summer.
Jo is hosting today's challenge, Lots of Layers.
As usual anything you care to enter is fine, a card, scrap layout, mixed media piece or home decor, as long as it meets the theme.
Some inspiration from our fabulous DT
Jo
Distressed paper layers, a layered sentiment, a faux frame & paper flowers and foliage.......more info on my blog here.
Glenda
A Fun Fold card for a stepdaughters Birthday, no colouring or stamping required. Easy and fun to make.
Josephine
I used some Tonic dies and layered the cuts (4 of them) stuck them roughly and then stitched them together. By the time I was on the top layer, I really knew I was stitching through lots of layers!
Mary
I used four pages of a Hunkydory image to create the decoupage and then matted and layered it onto a further three pieces of card.
Judy
For my lots of layers card I have made a 65th anniversary card for some very dear friends. I used several different whites and cream paper along with some pink. The card was also created using 3 different die cuts.
Marlene
For my Lots of Layers card I have used a Tilda Stamp with some Roses and Flower Pearls. I have used 3 Dies for this card.
Angela
This card was created using a Masterboard with lots of layered stamped and stenciled images by AALL and Create and Studio Light. I've die cut the triangles using some left-over card which I had made earlier by layering up designs on my Gelli plate and finished it with a sentiment stamp on one of the triangles.
Margaret
My project is the cover of a mini album I created for my Granddaughter. Lots of paper layers as well as a tiny bow and a small flower cluster. All the details can be found on my blog. Can't wait to see what you come up with. Have fun crafting!!
Jackie
My card is pretty much all layers! It was made using my scan n cut to cut out all the pieces.
Lin
I have used papers and a decoupage sheet to make my card. What better way to show layers than some decoupage! Please see my blog for details
Kimx
