In order to comply with the new GDPR regulations being enforced in Europe on 25th May 2018 we are publishing this privacy notice.
This is a challenge only blog, we are not run for profit and do not make use of any personal information collected by the Inlinkz tool in order to enter our challenges. Anyone entering our challenges should be aware that in doing so you are giving your consent to a link to your blog appearing in the linky list, along with the name you enter into the linky and a picture of your entry, and that the links, name and picture are visible to anyone visiting this blog, and also should your entry be chosen as a Winner or in the Top 5 that a link to your entry will appear in our Winners' posts.
It is not our choice to collect your email address, that is down to the Inlinkz tool itself, so if you are not happy with this, then please do not enter the challenge. We can assure you that we do not make use of your email address other than to contact you in the rare event of a prize being on offer.
You will have, as you have always had with our challenges, the right to delete your entry if you are not happy with this. There should be a trash icon if you hover over the picture of your entry displayed in the Inlinkz and you can click that to delete your own entry. If you do not delete your entry by the time the linkup closes we will deem that you have agreed to the informtion listed above being used by us in the Winners' post for that particular challenge.
Please also be aware that anyone leaving a comment on any post on this blog does so in the knowledge that their name and blog link are visible to all who visit this blog and by providing the comment, they have published their own personal details on this blog and also consented to our use of that personal information for that specific purpose
Please scroll down for either the last Winner’s post or current challenge.
